Over the last 30 years, we’ve established and fostered relationships with, in our humble opinion, some of the world’s best coffee importers and farmers. Together with their insights—and our own intensive cupping process—we’re able to select the finest coffees from each crop year.
Freshness is paramount.
Different parts of the world harvest coffee at different times during the year. The most desirable coffees are picked mid-crop from high-altitude farms. These beans have ripened uniformly and exhibit the superior taste characteristics our coffee is known for. Respecting the crop-cycle means our offerings may vary throughout the year as we’re constantly acquiring the freshest crop coffee available. Whenever possible, we buy coffee packaged in grain-pro bags to protect our beans during shipping and storage.
