As the front line and first impression of the business, a barista should be warm and knowledgeable, able to answer a multitude of questions, and a master of pulling an expert shot of espresso.
We delight in training new coffee professionals. In thirty years, we have helped hundreds of baristas gain confidence behind the counter with everything from basics like greeting customers and brewing coffee to nuanced skills like steaming and texturing milk.
